 Interdisziplinärer Studien- und Weiterbildungsschwerpunkt:
 Europäische Migration.
 Soziale Dimension und interkulturelle Aspekte.
 Ein Jean Monnet-Modul der Europäischen Union
 Das Studium soll Studierenden in international vergleichender, interkultureller, interdisziplinärer und praxisbezogener Perspektive berufliche Handlungskompetenz für Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben in entsprechenden internationalen und interkulturellen Arbeitsfeldern vermitteln.
 Der neue interdisziplinäre sozial- und kulturwissenschaftliche Studienschwerpunkt wird von den Fächern Anthropologie, Geographie, Kulturanthropologie/Volkskunde, Pädagogik und Soziologie entweder als Wahlpflichtfach (Diplomstudiengänge) oder als studienbegleitende Akademische Zusatzqualifikation (Magisterstudiengänge, wahlweise auch Diplomstudiengänge) angeboten.
